APH - Thank you for Hetalia

My submission to the Hetalia Hug Project for Himaruya Hidekaz. [link] He's probably been upset as we have been about the cancellation of the Hetalia anime on KIDS TV, so the members of the LJ comm have gotten together to show him we love Hetalia for promoting world peace!

So here's my piece featuring Russia and Latvia, and I wanted to draw a laughing Latvia so here we are.
